“I used to be out of shape too. I wan’t 'visibly unhealthy, but I defiantly wasn’t healthy either. I was lazy, and I had a lack of drive and vision and that showed in my body and in my life. I had no idea how much my whole life would change from consistently eating and moving right.
In just one year I went from benching 250 to 375. I transformed my physique from wimpy to wildly muscular. The changes I saw not only in my body but in my mind and spirit gave me a new passion for helping others experience breakthrough transformations.
Building a stronger healthier body goes beyond the gym, beyond the fork, and beyond your bed. Stewarding our ‘temple’ well happens in mind and spirit just as much as in the body. Through customized plans and a supportive coaching process, my goal is to guide you toward not just strength, and confidence but a glorious life!

For the Monthly Coaching Package: Get text and voice message access to Coach Kyle for up to 20 minutes per week.
For the 3 and 6 Month Coaching Packages: Get text and voice message access to Coach Kyle for up to 20 minutes per day (Monday through Friday 10am-4pm CST).
Response time may very between 12-24 hours depending on when messages are sent.You can use this time to: Ask questions about your meal or fitness plan or anything else in the program. Get feedback on your form or cooking. Check in with Kyle about your mindset and emotional state as you complete assigned meal and fitness routines.

If you don’t see results in 6 months (and you DO follow the meal plan and fitness plan with over an 80% execution rate) then I’ll offer you another 3 months of coaching FOR FREE to ensure you see results or so that we can at least identify why you are not progressing.
The above scenario only applies to clients who have worked with Kyle for 6+ months. For clients who want a refund who have purchased a 1 or 3 month package, refunds are not available. This creates accountability and a culture of commitment.
